Commander on deck and raffle system

Hello all! I would like to request for a short instruction or link to instructions on how to use the "commander" on deck feature to make it easy for people running small squads particularly during our off peak hours for full participation.  I must confess that when I tagged up a couple of times I just could not figure out how to work the thing!

I'm sure a lot of players and budding commanders are interested in participating in the system and joining the raffle but like me just cannot figure it out and are perhaps embarrassed to ask!

Oh nice to know! so just:

1. Click on personal account settings; then

2. Put a check on the box "Commander - Enables SOR Commander On Deck";

3. Then when you go back to the home page you get new options to "claim lead" for a borderland, EB or as roaming.
