WADDUP SOR

This here is my commander/roaming/zerging/havoc/everything build. kittens OP, tried and tested by yours truly.

Basic summary of the items for you lazy bunch:
- 10/0/30/30/0
- III / II, X, XI / II, IX, XII
- Full PTV armour.
- 6x superior rune of melandru.
- PTV Earrings.
- Berserker Rings/Backpiece/Amulate.
- Berserker Hammer with superior sigil of fire.
- PTV Sword/Warhorn with superior sigil of hydromancy and superior sigil of perception.
- Either Saffron Bread or Lemongrass food with maintenance oils.
